Don exaggerates my ability to identify these relays!  Unfortunately I don't 
have a clue about them.  I am not familiar at all with the relays being 
described.  They are not coin collector relays, that's for sure.  Coin 
collector relays return to normal when the current is removed.

The Telephone Collectors International Yahoo email group is open to members 
and non members.  You could sign up on that list and pose your question 
there.  There are a lot of former Bell & independent switching folks in 
that group that can likely give you a positive ID of the stuff you have.

Look for the group called "Singing Wires" in Yahoo Groups.
