Larry:

I have one of those 3-in-1 plastic oil cans with the extendable spout --
they are available at Home Depot and such.

Only problem with mine, is the cap, which is a pull-open/push-close
design. Should not be a problem if there is a decent detent to hold it
open or closed, but it moves quite freely. So I snake it into position
where I want to oil, and any slight pressure on the cap pushes it
closed. Gotta pull it out to open it and start again. Can't tape it open
since it's oily, but a tyrap helps. Maybe it just my unit -- I have that
kind of luck.

ps: I don't think Don is a fan of 3-in-one oil for teletypes; he likes
slick-50 stuff, but I have never found it anywhere. I have used 3-in-1 on
several tty machines, and it seems to work just fine for me. I do agree
with the general opinion that WD-40 is evil stuff that gums up over time,
but I don't know that to be the case with 3-in-1. Could be wrong --
wouldn't be the first time.
