The manual says it weighs approximately 23 pounds, but doesn't say if that is with or without a carrying case. There are several different forms of carrying cases. Mine is in a boot-shaped case, where the keyboard is in the toe of the boot. I've seen pictures of them in a more slope-front case. jhhaynes at earthlink dot net
