A while back I needed info on Svetlana power tetrodes, in English, and was
sent the
following (start from bottom and work your way up as needed)::

I don't recall how good any of these were, since a Russian amateur, Georgie
Husaruk, (hope
I can find his call!) sent me more documentation in English than one could
ever use.  I will try getting in touch  with him off-list and see if you can
send him the transliterated text (Latin characters in place of Cyrillic, see
rightmost column of pravapis link or use world keyboard of
babelfish) or the original Russian.
