[GreenKeys] Subscribe Problems

Hi Keith:

I am the greenkeys list moderator, but I am not sure what is happening. 
Normally, I get an automated subscription request, which I need to
approve, but I have not seen one for Roberta.  Give me her email
address and I can manually add her to the list.

The Mailman software that powers the list is usually pretty friendly,
but seems to act up at times.
