I have no idea who the original supplier was, but Boston Gear has been in
business for a *very* long time and I'd bet that they made at least some of
Teletype Corp's gears. If they didn't they certainly can.  

BUT, you may not want to pay the price for a custom gear in modest quantities.

In this day and age of computerized NC machines, it may be much less expensive
than it was to make modest quantities of such a gear.
