[GreenKeys] Part numbers for Military Teleprinter Ribbons

Teletype machines 14 / 15/ 19 / 28 all use standard UNDERWOOD
ribbons. I picked up a box of 10 at the local adding machine
store. You can probably get them from a Staples or whatever.
