Looks like someone grabbed it up.  However it is not a UGC-6.  It is a  
former Bell System 83B machine.  You can tell by the Bell System seal  
and the bid lamps on the right of the keyboard.
Hopefully like many Bell machines on a network it may have drawings in  
the base.  It needs a cover for the TD.
