Thanks for the San leandro info, I sure wished I was back there.

Any chance you can speak to the owner, about asking Fair Radio Sales to take 
over the inventory, perhaps run it as a remote site...

Unless this is a case wherein the stock would have to be shipped out to empty 
a building thank has been condemned, or is up for sale, etc., etc.

Please consider trying to be an "expediter" who makes this type of deal 
possible ... it will benefit the entire ham community...
