One of their big mistakes was to abandon their microwave towers.  They were 
sold off willie nillie, most taken down and the land developed.

Those towers, today, could probably support the old WU...as cell and 
commercial sites....who knew?

I think they piggy backed on the AT&T sites and shut down their microwave 
systems.
