[GreenKeys] PLL TUs

I have wondered over the years why someone didn't do incorporate a PLL 
in the tuning system of some of the TU's that would synch the receive'd 
incoming rtty tones with those of the transmitted and that would control 
the transmitted frequency.  Or something like that.  ANyway what it 
would have accomplished would be a nice reliable method of netting the 
receiver to transmitter and keeping them netted with respect to the RTTY 
tones both receive and transmit.  Course with todays "transceivers" it's 
not such a problem.

Way beyond my capabilities.
