Rotor looks just like mine and this one has a governed motor which is
useless more or less, probably worth around the $11.00 starting price. Tape
feed looks to rusty to use. Maby I should put my two up on ebay as there
seem to be a lot of bidders out there that don't have a clue to what they
are bidding on.

I does look like it has some special segmented stator.
