[GreenKeys] Grease, Oil and M28ASR units

I have been using plain old vasaline petroleum jelly on my model 19 and 15
gears since about 1975 and the machine still runs along several hours a day.
Also use 3 in one oil for all the oiling. 
Just keep it simple, we are not running heavy machinery here.
