[GreenKeys] AN/UGC-74B

Hi all,

Yesterday i noticed that my 74-B will not transmit a received message 
from memory (in ICT state), it has to do with the state of the message 
beeing "R" (received). I have a manual for the 74-A and there are no 
commands to change this state so i suspect this is specific for the 
74-B. Appearantly the "B" version has slightly different software.
Does anyone know of an operators manual for the 74-B that can be downloaded?
