Ask your local office supply store if they carry Dataproducts R3300  printer 
ribbons. I've been using these for about a year and they work  well.  A cross 
reference is the Okidata 52100701 printer ribbon.
 
Paper
 
If you Google "PMF06210"  you will get a list of places that sell teleprinter 
 paper.
 
Staples sells it at $7.89 a roll. Instaoffice sells it at  $6.78 a roll. 
Other places may have it at a lower cost.
 
Good luck with the Model 28 ASR and be sure to perform some preventive  
maintenance on it. If you are looking for a nice easy to follow preventive  
maintenance routine for your Teletype, go to the RTTY dot COM website under  Kretzman 
Technical Library and look for Western Union Field Tech Service  Manual.  
There is also an FTP site for a very quick download.
