[GreenKeys] EE Kleinschmidt

Had this problem on another list and it was a "Windows xxxx"
character set.....don't remember the number but it was a default
setting that Redmond just knew everyone needed to use.  Check
you email character settings and make sure that "Western European"
is set.  Send a thank you note to Bill if you like.........
