The article in Fortune magazine for March 1932 is pretty good on some
of this.  I don't have it scanned for fear of copyright complaints
from Time-Life-Fortune-AOL-Warner-etc.  and anyway you need to read
the original in a library because there are some nice pictures in
semi-color.
