RTTYArt and RTTYApp uses the Windows Comm drivers which makes it compatible
with XP, NT and 2000.

George (W7TTY) and I did some testing with the Edgeport 4-port USB-RS232
converter at the 45 BAUD 5 bit level and found that it did work, but it had
a problem with extra spacing between characters. Best we could figure is
that it didn't support 1.5 stop bits, but the old M28ASR did copy it's
output. Never got back to looking at the data with the OScope to determine
what was actually happening. My guess is that the firmware in the Edgeport
timing algorithm falls apart below 300 baud.
