[GreenKeys] Need sprocket feed paper

Hi Don:

I have an M33 that also uses the 8.5-wide sprocket paper.  I found a roll 
of it on ebay once.

I also found new stuff available, as a special order, at OfficeMax.  It was 
a large box, fan-fold, and cost about $40.  I never got any since it was 
"green-bar" computer form paper.  But it would fit.

It may exist as plain white somewhere else (also likely special order), but 
the green bar was the only new stuff I found.
