San Diego Computer Museum Update
MUSEUM UPDATE – September 2005

  Moving Deadline Approaches

We must move all our artifacts and exhibits out of the current  
location by the end of October. Here’s how you can help:

We need to find a warehouse or storage facility to lease for at least  
a year, from 1,000 – 1,500 sq. feet or more at little or no cost.  
(The owner or sub-leasee can deduct any or all of donated rent since  
we are a nonprofit organization).

The space can be within another business or entity as long as it can  
be secured and is free of weathering and leaks. Call me if you have  
any leads for commercial warehouse space.

Moving Services:  If you have access to a truck, we need you. If it  
has a lift gate, even better. We also need boxes, packing tape and  
bubblewrap.

Volunteer Services: We’ll need help packing and moving. Next  
Saturday, September 17, 2005 from 10am to 4 pm we’ll have our first  
PACKING PARTY at the Museum. Bring your friends!

more, the merrier!
