Actually, you can use a browser.  Or at least this works running NT5/W2K.  
Start the browser, type or paste ftp://207.207.72.32 into the address field and 
click Go or hit <ENTER>.  You should get a login prompt.  For User enter 
anonymous (don't know whether this is case sensitive, but it might be).  Enter 
password (GreenKeys) and click Login.  This brings up a list of the files.  
Highlight what you want, click on Edit/Copy To Folder, tell it where you want them 
written, and click OK.

However, the second time I tried this, I got a Trojan attack back down the 
wire before I logged in.  However, the machine had sat at the login prompt for 
several minutes while I did something else.
