The secret is that you must use a "Command Prompt" within WindowsXP and
invoke the FTP command.  The sequence is like this:

Bring up the "Command Prompt" window and type in the following:

    ftp 207.207.72.32

The reply is as follows (you type in the user name, password. etc...:

    Connected to 207.207.72.32.
    220-You have reached the RTTY.COM FTP Server...
    220
    User (207.207.72.32:(none)): anonymous
    331 User name okay, need password.
    Password: GreenKeys           // note that the password does not show up
    230 User logged in, proceed.

Type in the following:

    ftp> dir
    200 PORT Command successful.
    125 File status okay; about to open data connection.

>From here on, you should be downloading "all" PDF files from George.

Type in "quit" to exit the FTP session.
