[GreenKeys] Need ASR32 remote (phone) help

   We have a Model 32 ASR tty set up in New York for a movie shoot - all 
was working in 'local' mode until a tape was punched - reading the tape 
back, it worked for a few minutes and then something came loose in the 
mcahine - now it's printing wrong characters.

   If anyone is available who knows the 32/33 line from a service 
standpoint, and who could receive a phone call from the person at the 
machine, in order to try and diagnose and fix what's going on, it would be 
extremely helpful.
