I recently gave Bill Bytheway an Edgeport four port USB to Serial 
Adapter.

Bill was able to get it to work right off the bat using the software 
available on the Edgeport website, but when using it with RTTYApp, his 
broadcast software, the space between characters was somwhat longer than 
expected. he managed to get it up to approximately machine speed by 
changing the baudrate on RTTYApp, but it still didn't seem right.
