I have a book on Telegraphy from 1923 however, it is a reprint... I
still had to pay $75.00 for it.

It appears that $25 would be *very* reasonable:
A quick search at www.bookfinder.com discovers three copies
available. Cheapest is $111.00, the other two are $500 each.
'Better order the cheap one.
