The free worldwide flow of information and ideas over the Internet
occurs because the nation with the most freedom developed it
and has primary control over it.  This sticks in the craw of many
other nations where freedom is a threat to their leadership.  They
are trying to wrestle America's control away.  The first step in their
plan is to get the control under a "neutral" organization.  Once there,
political bureaucrats from every nook and cranny of the world will be
making the decisions.  Although it's hard to believe, a few of these
nations do not care for American-style freedoms.  Read more about
