[GreenKeys] loading 28asr tape

Richard:

 Thanks, that worked.  Made a very long
angled cut and was able to load the tape. Thought it may be something
like that, but not sure.  I was thinking that teletype may have made a more
elegant loading process ... getting te tape around the gear and under 
the guide just
before the punches is quite a little task!.

The good news is it appears the punch is working just fine.

Now I need to practice on loading the tape.  There must be
a better way.
