There was not much Greenkey hardware at Dayton this year. I only went on Saturday.
My brother told me there was a model 14 ROTR there on Friday, so hopefully it went to
a good home. An unknown Lorenz machine was on display for $500, it looked very
much like a model 15 but had four rows of keys, the upper row was all numbers. The
seller didn't know if it was a 5 level or 6 level. He brought it back from England and
didn't really want to take the cover off for me. Could have been the face I made when
he told me the price! <G>
There was quite a bit of HAL glass RTTY gear there, much of it was priced at the high
end of the market. I bought a ST-6 in a home made cabinet, and PCI-3000 card real cheap.
I also found a ST-8000 that I couldn't leave without, (not real cheap) <G>.
While looking for bargains, I was disappointed I didn't run into any of you guys.
Anyone else have a good experience?
Dave, WW8S
