I just did an nslookup for that ip address, and this is what it shows;

C:\>nslookup 207.207.72.32
Server:  dns1.sfldmi.sbcglobal.net
Address:  206.141.193.55

Name:    207-207-72-32.ip.theriver.com
Address:  207.207.72.32

So if you try "itty at ip.theriver.com" it may work?

I don't use Outlook, so I can't test it!
