Byron,
    In Outlook Express you can create a new identity or account, in 
popserver box you can just put word test in it if you don't want to recieve 
your email there and in SMTP box put 207.207.72.32 and then use that new 
identity to send the email to itty at 207.207.72.32  This may be clear as mud 
but it worked for me and I was getting the same type of reject emails you 
have been getting using the two different addresses.
 I think George or somebody mentioned this separate account method in one of
