[GreenKeys] ribbon control problem on a TT-4A/TG

I'm having a problem with the ribbon lifting mechanism not lifting the 
ribbon high enough to cause the entire character to print in #s mode. In 
LTRs mode the impression is fine. I've looked though the TMs, but I 
can't find anything that addresses that situation.

I adjusted the star wheel that lengthens or shortens the arm that shoves 
the ribbon lifter up, but even with that adjustment at the limit it 
isn't enough to cause the entire number to print, only about the bottom 
half. If I go past what I refer to as "the limit", the type, neither 
LTRS or #s, strike the patten at all.

Suggestions?
