The ITTY news feed will be shutting down this morning so we can install
some new software.

Bill Bytheway has come up with a scheme whereby you, the listener, can
directly insert material into the news feed, and whatever you submit
will go to the head of the transmit queue.

Some format details will have to be observed, but that is to make sure
we do not have those ugly black spots at the end of the line.

We will also ask that you observe proipriety and minimuze the smutty
jokes, etc.

This will be a form of on-the-air GreenKeys.
