That photo is not an M14 reperf, but the similar-looking M14 tape (strip)
printer, as George mentioned -- note there is no tape punch mechanism
underneath the print area. The tape printer uses narrow tape (3/8" I
think, or possibly 5/16" like the 31?).
The one in the photo looks to have a governed motor, and the early
non-green/non-springy keycaps.
I am currently looking for an M14 tape printer mechanism (no case), with a
synchronous motor, if anyone has an extra.
