At first glance I thought it was a CV-89, but it is not.


It Looks *like* a CV-57 from the URA-6 system but has some differences.

 From a ebay posting earlier that offered a very nice URA-6 for $1500 and 
did nto sell:  "The URA6 consists of two CV57 FSK demodulators (one top, 
one bottom) and a center CM14 "Comparator"

Peering at the knob markings, I think now it's the companion item to the 
URA-6 that is a tone keyer.
