I have some parts for you on the under-dome part of the your M28 ASR  
project.  These are mostly parts for the auxiliary terminal boards for the  LAAC 
cabinet - behind the LPR:
 
1 - 154406 terminal board
1 - 153459 terminal board
1 - 154446 Cover 8 1/4 inch
1 - 154452 Cover 4 1/2 inch
1 - 158677 Insulator - broken but can be repaired.
1 - Set of parts 159396  washers, studs and screws

1 - Tape Reel
1 - Tubing (1.25 inch) to feed paper tape from LPR out to front of M28  ASR
 
I'm also in suburban Philadelphia - near West Chester.   You can  have this 
stuff for free if you are able to pick it up at my QTH.
