This reminds me that I have:

Sperry, Ltd, Canada
Combination Teletest
SP AGC-2PS1

and would love a manual/copy for it.

This thing has two parts: one side is a loop test signal generator and the 
other side is a signal test set.. so it can test itself.  It seems to run 
but it has a number of low frequency crystals and plug-in circuit boards 
that would be hard to figure out.
