These are the best I can find at the moment [attached Siemens & Loranze 
logos in private e-mail], but I'll keep looking. I note that the Siemens 
name is still in the same typeface from all those years ago at, say,

http://w4.siemens.de/archiv/en/index.html

but poor old Herr Halske has been dropped along the way so the S&H 
symbol doesn't appear any more.
