Does anyone know anything about this:

It is obviously a telegraph "transmitter" of some time. The mechanism seems to work OK, other than the contact leaf spring being bent out of adjustment and it needing a thorough lube job.

It's not mine - I'm just inquiring for the owner.

It may be available though.
