Ah, yes! The cannabalistic children are EATING their parent. Thank you, 
Judge Green, for destroying the world's best communications system.

Spoken as one who formerly wrote TSRs (telecommunications service 
requests) to AT&T Long Lines (federal? military? Don't remember! 
department) for AFCC (Air Force Communications Command, now also defunct 
thanks to the idiot Clinton's "Peace Dividned"). One TSR, one circuit 
from Griffiss AFB, NY to McClellan AFB, CA, BEFORE Judge Green. After 
Judge Green, it took four or five TSRs (or how many, I don't remember) 
to get the same circuit up. That, of course, entailed all the now-usual 
finger pointing: "Oh, no, MY company's part of the circuit is UP, it's 
XYZ's problem!" Fortunately, I retired in 1988 and let someone else have 
all that fun. I understand that it is WORSE now.

Don't get me started...
