   Excellent sound quality here, along with perfect print.  As expected, 
no underflows with the new 16Kbits/sec feed.

   Incidentally, experiments here yield perfect print with an 8Kbits/sec 
feed sampled at 8Ksamples/sec.  This was done at 850CPS shift -  I hope 
for similar success at 170CPS shift.
