Hi Jim:

I have winamp 2.91.   I never saw a File button either.

But, if you right-click on the winamp title bar, you can select 
"Minibrowser" (it toggles on and off).  When the minibrowser is open, type 
Ctrl-O (open location), enter http://207.207.72.32:8000, and click 
Open.  If George is on the air, it should connect and play.  But the feed 
seems down at the moment.

If the feed stops for an unknown reason, you can press the play button to 
restart it.

I have always like winamp for playing mp3 files and playlists.  But it sure 
takes the prize for the application with the smallest buttons, titlebars, 
and other clickable spots.  Need a magnifying glass sometimes.
