[GreenKeys] Kleinschmidt TT-117 Repeat Problem

Hello All, 
 
Have a problem with my Kleinschmidt TT-117 teleprinter that is driving me nuts and hope someone might have fought this battle before. The TT-117 is functionally similar to the TT-4 and TT-150. 
 
No matter what I do I cannot seem to disengage the repeat function. On the loop the printer will repeat everything I type, but will continue repeating the last letter until a new one is pressed. I can manually disengage, but all adjustments either lock the keyboard out entirely or repeat. 
 
Doing all this without a manual, of course. Any thoughts appreciated.
