Eugene,

I haven't looked at the test elements in many (i.e., a bunch) years but when 
I took the Technicians exam in 1962, it consisted of the same written elements 
as the General/Conditional.  Only difference was the code test.  Which I 
finally took in DaNang in 1968.  Seems like I only had to take a revised written 
element on regulations, but of course this was 36 years ago.  But you might 
check into it.  And also, in those days, Technicians were limited to 6 Meters and 
above, no 10 Meters.
