[GreenKeys] Update on Lamps for UGC-129

FWIW, you might cinsider installing one of the .125" CCFL backlights and 
inverter mad for backlighting LCD's, they are availablke on the web for 
about ten bucks and last 100's of hours, plus, it is a pleasing white glow. 
That's what I did on mine.
