Don's Bulbs has the CM8-A237, don't know if that is similar or not:

Atlanta light bulbs claims to have the CM8-A237:

at $7/50 each.  (this came up from a Google search.)

Bulb Direct web site is kaput just now but try them later:

A Google search for "Aviation Lamps" brings a number of possibilities, 
including:

but their hard to find search locates nothing.

Here is another supplier with no luck in the search:

The most certain way to find them is to modify your teletype for some other 
lamp, then you'll find the original type cheap in large quantities.
