You need the following:
TP 150043 Shoe, Secondary - Clutch
TP 150044 Shoe, Primary - Clutch
TP 150241 Spring

You might get these from any one of the three sources listed on our  
home page under Teletype Suppliers.  If not, I expect to be at our  
museum in October and could look up these parts for you.
