Storing Teletype tapes...

It does not matter what level or unit the tapes are.  If you are  
storing them, and they are made out of paper, they should be sealed  
in some type of container.  A zip lock bag will do.  Spray a little  
oil in the bag or container.  The idea is to not let the paper get  
too dry (or wet with water).  They should be kept in an area where  
the temperature is lower than 75 degrees F and above 32 degrees F.

If you are storing Mylar® tapes they can be rolled up and put in  
small plastic boxes in a wall unit (like a parts cabinet.  They are  
almost indestructible.
