It is a Model 20 Auxilliary Reperforator.  It is designed to stand 
alone and receive traffic in the form of punched tape for later use 
in a teletypesetting machine.  I am bidding on this for our museum. 
Some day I hope to find a Model 20 KSR and/or RO.
