        I plugged it 
          in, but I have no way to test it to see if it is in working condition. 
          The outside cover has some scratches, some rust around the bottom and some dirt. It has some 5/8" 
          wide paper tape on the reel on the top. It measures 12" long, 
          13 1/2" tall and is 12"wide. Approximate 
          shipping weight is 70 pounds from zip code 64152.
