Hi Wayne:

That Western Union 103 has been on ebay before (improperly listed as a 
model 10, since the tag is dirty).

It is based on an Underwood typewriter mechanism, I think -- Don knows more 
about it.

I have one of these in the enormous mailbox case.  I am not sure how rare 
they are.
